Dunwody/Beeland, Architects, Inc. specializes in all areas of historic preservation which include preservation, rehabilitation, restoration, and reconstruction.  We have extensive experience with consulting our clients on conforming to local historic preservation regulations, qualifying for tax incentive programs for historic properties, as well as promoting community revitalization and tourism

We continue working in National Historic Districts as we have done so for decades.  We are experienced in working with existing historic buildings and restoring, renovating, and creating additions for these structures.  In addition, we have designed new buildings located amongst historic buildings, such as the Gateway Plaza building that houses our office in Downtown Macon.  Our company is also experienced with designing parking lots, parking structures, and streetscape features.
