Student Center Annex | Georgia College & State University - Milledgeville, GA

This project transformed a historic former Methodist Church into a vibrant Student Center Annex serving Georgia College & State University. Located directly across from the main campus and primary Student Center, the long-vacant structure had suffered significant deterioration, including extensive roof damage to both the original sanctuary and its later education wing. The renovation included comprehensive interior upgrades to support modern student use while achieving full ADA compliance. Externally, the building was carefully restored in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards, preserving its historic character while extending its life as an active campus facility.
