For over a century, Dunwody/Beeland, Architects, Inc. has been shaping the landscape of Georgia. Founded in 1915 by W. Elliott Dunwody, Jr., this professional office today boasts a multi-disciplinary practice perpetuated by the late Mr. Dunwody’s direct heirs and others.  It has been incorporated since 1968 as a “C” corporation.  
 

Our company encompasses all types of architectural design ranging from small offices to large complexes on multi-acre sites. Our firm also concentrates on work in the public sector, historic, educational, medical, multifamily, and industrial sectors. 

Our team has over 100 years of cumulative experience, with two principal architects who have been with the firm since the 1960s and 1980s. This long-standing experience gives us a unique perspective and a wealth of specialized knowledge, allowing us to expertly guide clients through every stage of a project—from the first concept to the final construction. We pride ourselves on solving complex issues and maintaining excellent relationships with permitting agencies, ensuring a smooth process for every project. Our staff is currently numbered 5 with a core of two registered architects and one registered interior designer.
